Weight Management


In this day and age of fashion and glam a girl has to be in tune with her personal weight management. Weight is one thing that is to each it's own just as with hair. For me this is something that I have always had to watch and keep track of. Having a baby at 27 made it a little harder to keep food out of my mouth and fat off my ass. So the only way to combat weight gain is management. Everybody loves a head strong women and hates a women with a "big head". But the important part is being comfortable with Self. It seems that everything on televison is pulling a women to be thin and only have 5% body fat. However we are all still suppose to have hips, breasts of ample size and a bootie from a video. So we need fat in the right places. So my struggle to maintain will always continue from a lifetime. I like to eat so Billy Blanks Tea Bo, water and at home workout tapes are my friends.
So how does everyone keep track of self
?

I do Weight Watchers but also need to incorporate more exercise. Which Bill Blanks are you doing?

Billy Blanks has two sets of workout c.d.'s available. They both have a basic, moderate and advanced c.d. I do mostly the basic it is 30 minutes long and gets the job done. The advanced will kill anyone and hinder the use of your legs the next day.:-)

I keep my weight low thanks to Irritable Bowel Syndrome. Everything upset my stomach except water and air. LOL.

No girl that is not my cat and yes it is giving the middle finger. When I saw it I thought it was funny as hell and decided to post it. I love animals though.
I wish I had irritable bowel syndrome at least 3 times times a week. Then I could eat some cheese cake with no worries LOL.

WELL IVE BEEN WORKING OUT SINCE I WAS LIL AND IM A BIT OF A HEALTH NUT.. MY BIGGEST PROBLEM WOULD BE TRYNA KEEP ALL MY MUSCLES RIPPED BUT STILL TRY AND GAIN SOME HEALTHY WEIGHT.

BUT I DO LOVE A WOMAN WHO IS IN TUNE WITH SELF AND ATLEAST TRIES TO KEEP YOUR BODY WEIGHT HEALTHY AND ATTRACTIVE.. AND YOU ARE DOIN A GREAT JOB SEXI LADI..
